Hiro Protocol processes and ships premium formulations worldwide to ensure maximum freshness and quality.

1. Shipping Rates & Thresholds

We are pleased to offer Free Standard U.S. Shipping on all domestic orders over $50 (after discounts and before taxes). For domestic orders under $50, flat-rate shipping is calculated dynamically and displayed clearly at checkout.

For all International orders, shipping is always paid for and calculated dynamically at checkout depending on your location and preferred carrier (UPS, USPS, or DHL Express).

2. Worldwide Destinations

We ship worldwide, anywhere that UPS, USPS, or DHL delivers. Standard domestic delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days once dispatched. International delivery typically takes 6 to 12 business days depending on your local customs clearance timelines.

3. Processing & Dispatch Timelines

All in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.
